The following terms and conditions govern the use of the Parking Solutions Mobile App:

1. Purchasing Goods and Services using the Parking Solutions App:

Parking Solutions makes transaction processing simple and secure for customers. The Mobile App allows you to purchase goods and services using secure online Mastercard and Visa.

All customer information is protected by built-in biometric mechanisms on the user’s phone and is only used for transaction fulfillment.

2. Pricing:

All prices are in Belizean dollars (BZD). All prices are current as of the date of publication.

3. Adding a Visa or Mastercard to a User Profile:

Users must verify that they are the authorized cardholder for all cards added to their user profile. All transactions are final, and any unauthorized use of a Visa or Mastercard is the user’s responsibility.

All unauthorized use chargebacks will be billed to the user. Parking Solutions is not liable for incorrect information entered by the user.

4. User Rights:

You have the sole right to use this Mobile App. You may not permit others to use the mobile app, and you are solely responsible for your own use of this Mobile App.

You are not permitted to download, modify, transmit, or use any material from this Mobile App for public or commercial purposes.

You are responsible for all network and connection fees. You may not attempt to gain access to Parking Solutions servers accounts through any means other than HTTPS requests using a web browser, including, without limitation, by using administrator passwords or masquerading as an administrator while using this Mobile App or otherwise.

5. Refunds:

Parking Solutions will not refund any transactions that the user has authorized. All sales are final. Parking Solutions is not liable for any goods or services provided by Partner Merchants.

How do I know my Personal Information is Secure?

Parking Solutions restricts employee access to databases containing personal data, and employees are reminded of the importance of confidentiality. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your personal information as it is transmitted to us when you enter it on our Mobile App.

While we use the security measures listed above on this site, you should be aware that complete security is not always possible.

Parking Solutions appreciates its customers and respects their privacy. We collect information about you via our Mobile Apps to enhance your shopping experience and communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions. We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We may share your information with third parties who provide services on our behalf or with whom we have partnered to offer a specific product or service, as described in this policy.
